LeShelle Woodard, Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Woodard has more than two decades of experience working with individuals. During 2022 she returned home to Colorado with the goal of establishing and integrative practice. "Integrative" refers to an expansive of services which include: traditional psychotherapy, neurofeedback, biofeedback (including heart rate variability, and body based interventions). Individuals seeking Dr. Woodard's services range from those who are looking to overcome the impacts of past and present stressors to peak performers.
Clinically, Dr. Woodard is known for her presence, her ability to connect with clients and her genuine and active engagement. She is also pragmatic and unlike many therapists, she is open, when appropriate, to providing direct feedback to clients which is aimed at fostering self-knowledge, effective management of people, difficult relationships and challenging situations.
